Dr. Lipsa Mishra is a senior Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Reproductive Medicine specialist with extensive experience in infertility care and high-risk obstetrics. An alumna of SCB Medical College, Cuttack, she was awarded Honors and Gold Medals in Physiology and Pharmacology and later completed her Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from Indira IVF, Udaipur.

She has held leadership roles as Chief IVF Consultant and Head at Birla Fertility and IVF and Senior Consultant and Clinical Head (Eastern Zone) at Indira IVF, with earlier experience at AIIMS Bhubaneswar and AMRI Hospitals.

Dr. Lipsa has performed 10,000+ IVF cycles, 2,500+ hysteroscopic procedures, 2,000+ IUI procedures, along with advanced laparoscopy and ultrasonography. She has authored multiple publications in national and international journals and medical textbooks.

Her academic excellence has been recognised with First Prize for Oral Paper Presentations at the 18th National Conference of the Indian Menopause Society (2013) and East Zone Yuva FOGSI (2015), and she is a recipient of the ISAR Rising Star IVF Award 2024.

Her areas of interest include male infertility, recurrent miscarriage, recurrent implantation failure, premature ovarian insufficiency, reproductive immunology, and high-risk obstetrics. She is an Executive Member of the Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) and a member of IFS, IMA, and AOGO.
